1. Support the rollout of the Project Procedures Manual (PPM) – Phase 1 and 2. 2. Coordinate the launch and follow-up of the revised Project Assessment System (PAS). 3. Support the rollout of the revised project portfolio governance structure and prioritization methodology. 4. Manage the rollout of the Transparency Portal. 5. Oversee the enhancement of the Department of Planning’s (DoP) project tracking and visualization tools, ensuring necessary updates and improvements. 6. Coordinate the launching of the Grants Document Library. 7. Ensure necessary modifications in REACH to track project contributions to the Strategic Objectives (SO) and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Payment Terms: Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, contingent upon the supervisor’s approval of deliverables and satisfactory performance. Payment will be aligned with the regular payroll schedule of the Agency.
