This platform, Impactpool.org, is provided and operated by INTALMA – International Talent Management AB, a Swedish registered company. Org.no 559004-4680. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Impactpool.org. Impactpool.org offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
We offer many different services and some of the terms below relate specifically to one service and others to all the services we offer.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current website shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Impactpool membership accounts and Impactpool fellowshipAs an individual user (not representing an organization) you have the option of using our free services as a registered member or non-registered user. To be able to benefit from member features you will have to use a unique account on the platform, which you can sign up for using email or LinkedIn. The features, such as personalized matching of jobs, e-learning material, special articles etc that you have access to depends on your level of membership. Being a Impactpool Fellow, which include a membership fee, will give you access to features that non-paying members do not have access to. As a registered member or Fellow you also agree to make your professional profile searchable for INTALMA and recruiters at international organizations.
SECTION 1 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 2 – USER POLICIES FOR IMPACTPOOL FELLOWS
Renewal PolicyImpactpool Fellowship membership is a subscription service that renew automatically. Impactpool Fellowship is a monthly subscription and active accounts will automatically be charged once per month. For customers purchasing a trial subscription or a six months’ subscription, the subscription will automatically renew and from the seventh month change into a monthly subscription.
To cancel before a renewal takes effect, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance before your next billing date. If the membership fees are to be increased or substantial modifications are to be made to your level of access to the Fellowship services, we will notify you at least 60 days before the changes take effect.
Cancellation PolicyTo cancel your account, you must notify us by email or by using the contact form for Fellows as found on your personal profile page.
Refund PolicyYour career is our mission and we aim to ensure that all users, especially Impactpool Fellows, are fully satisfied with services they purchase from us. You may cancel your fellowship at any time and incur no future fees for that membership. You will pay through the end of the current billing month at the time you make your cancellation request. One-time purchases of membership are not refundable, although we reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - JOB POSTINGS SERVICES AND IMPACTPOOL PARTNERSHIP
Impactpool may provide free job posting services to international organizations working within the field of International IMPACT.
Impactpool partnership renewal policyImpactpool partnership is a subscription service that renew automatically. Impactpool partnership is a monthly or annual subscription and active accounts will automatically be charged once per month or once per year. For customers purchasing a partnership with a time limited discount, the subscription will automatically renew with the list price after the discount period.

If the partnership fees are to be increased or substantial modifications are to be made to your level of access to the partnership services, we will notify you at least 60 days before the changes take effect.
Cancellation PolicyTo cancel your Partnership, you must notify us by email to service@impactpool.org
Paid Job Posting ServiceImpactpool.org network charges recruiting organizations per job basis. If there is more than one job in a single notice then the rates would be pro-rated based on the number of the jobs in the notice. If the job notice is of a generic nature or is a general call for consultants, then the cost would be double the cost of a single job. In case of job notices aimed at getting jobseekers to sign up for a Roster, higher charges apply. Billing for job postings will be handled by Intalma, Boo Strandväg 13, 132 36 Saltsjö-Boo, SWEDEN.
When buying a job posting, it will be published on Impactpool as soon as possible but no later than within 24 hours unless we determine that it contains inappropriate content. In such cases we will refund the buyer within 14 days. You will receive confirmation via e-mail when the job posting is published and visible on the website. When paying with card we will send an e-mail confirmation after successful transaction.
Rights of regretYou understand that by taking part or commencing use of the paid job posting service available on the Website, you have no right of regret.
SECTION 4 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Prices for our recruitment and job posting services are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 7 – PAYMENTS
User may use the Service for no charge or for a fee, depending on the Service selected when signing up. User agrees to pay the applicable fees as they become due plus all related taxes (sales, use, VAT, withholding, and other similar taxes) if applicable, and to reimburse Impactpool for all collection costs. User understands that at the time of ordering the Service there may be additional terms related to the Service User selects.
User may pay for the Services online, and Impactpool will charge its payment card for all purchases and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) owed to Impactpool. If User wants to designate a different payment card or update the expiration date of its payment card, User must change its information online in the account within the Service or contact Impactpool support in advance of the next payment due date. If a User’s credit card changes or expires, or is revoked, disputed or not valid for any other reason, Impactpool may suspend, terminate, or both (without liability) User’s use of the Service upon 5 days notice sent under this agreement.
SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per organization or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
As a low risk service creditor to “covered accounts” to the clients from the United States , we comply with the Red Flag Rule, as established by the Federal Trade Commission of the United States of America.
In case of red flag activity, Impactpool reserves the right to respond to it, and may consider the following responses accordingly:
- Monitoring a covered account for evidence of identity theft
- Contacting the customer
- Notifying law enforcement
- Determining that no response is warranted under the particular circumstances
SECTION 9 – OUR COPYRIGHT
You agree not to copy, distribute, display, disseminate or otherwise reproduce any of the information on our website, or our website itself, without our prior permission.
SECTION 10 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
