The United Nations World Food Programme is the 2020 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate. WFP is the world’s largest humanitarian organization, saving lives in emergencies and using food assistance to build a pathway to peace, stability and prosperity for people recovering from conflict, disasters and the impact of climate change.
Over the last few years, The Future International Talent (FIT) Pool, has been an important roster initiative in the search and pre-selection of highly qualified, dynamic professionals of all levels, to join the WFP family and contribute to the achievement of Zero Hunger.

Alain KANIKI KAMANGA is WFP's Finance Officer in Addis-Ababa/Ethiopia Country Office. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in Administration and Finance both at local and international level including various assignments in several countries and Regional Bureaux such as: Chad, DRC, Rwanda, RBD, RBP and more recently has worked as Consultant Finance Officer in the FINF (Finance Transformation and Field Support Branch) at HQ.

Emmanuel HAKIZIMFURA is a development economist with extensive experience in impact evaluations, applied research, monitoring and evaluation. In 2020, Emmanuel joined the World Food Programme (WFP) Mali Country Office as Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer (Head of M&E Unit). In his career, he worked on and led research and evaluation undertakings covering Côte d’Ivoire, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Djibouti, Ireland, Madagascar, Mauritania, Chad, Rwanda, amongst others.

Joanna SAIDY is WFP’s Talent Acquisition Manager overseeing the International Professional recruitment processes and is based in the Rome headquarters. Before WFP Joanna worked in the Advertising industry in New York in talent acquisition, leading projects and initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the recruitment model. |
