The Opportunity: Medical Community Operations Specialist

As a Medical Community Operations Specialist at myTomorrows, you are responsible for addressing reactive physicians’ and trial sites’ requests as well as onboarding of these critical stakeholders to our platform. You will work closely with the cross-functional teams of the company, such as commercial, marketing and clinical operations, being the go-to person for medical community requests.

Given that most of our team is located in the Netherlands, we only consider candidates for this position who live within commuting distance of our office in Amsterdam.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Managing and executing the medical community back-office operations
  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations.
  • Come up with practical ideas and proposals on optimizing internal processes and operations of the medical community team.
  • Listen and efficiently respond to the needs and requests of the cross-functional teams, physicians, patients, and trial sites.
  • Organize, orchestrate and lead medical community weekly meetings acting as the project manager of activities and engagement, keeping an eye on all pending items that need the attention of the team.
  • Align and communicate daily with cross-functional teams regarding reactive requests of contact with physicians and trial sites.
  • Execute platform onboarding of key stakeholders.
  • Monitor the flow of information making judgement calls on what the external facing team needs to know to accelerate their work, filtering out unnecessary information boosting efficiency and external focus.

What you Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in medical, biomedical science.
  • Background in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials and/or expanded access programs.
  • Ability to prioritize different commitments while maintaining high quality of work.
  • Proactivity and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to record information and clinical data accurately.
  • Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately.
  • A team player that thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.
