Topic of the internship: NAV-S Internship in Cybersecurity Audits and Framework Integration for Space Navigation Systems

 

In the Navigation Directorate's activities, the Cybersecurity Audits play a major role in the security assurance process, contributing to the cybersecurity risks management associated to the organization and infrastructure, in particular of the navigation systems (e.g. Galileo) the directorate delivers to its customers. The Cybersecurity Audits are part of the European Space Security Policy for the Navigation Programs.

 

You will be focused on a researching activity about the new Cybersecurity Frameworks, as the SLSA, in order to propose an integration solution with the current Cyber Internal Audit Framework used with the Industry.

Education

You must be a university student, preferably in your final or second-to-last year of a university course at Master’s level and you need to remain enrolled at your University for the entire duration of the internship.

Additional requirements

The working languages of the Agency are English and French. A good knowledge of one of these is required. Knowledge of another Member State language would be an asset.

 

Basic knowledge or training on information security and auditing aspects will be considered as an asset.

 

Knowledge of software development is considered as an asset.
