Through our MentorUkraine, TeachUkraine, and HealUkraine programs, we have supported over 300 individuals by addressing psychological, financial, and logistical barriers to their success in the USA and Europe.
Position Description
We are seeking a Communications Manager, based in Ukraine, to lead our social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok), elevate our public profile, and engage key audiences. This role involves managing social media and creating digital content that resonates with our community and partners.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage Brave Generation’s social media platforms (Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).

Write posts and create engaging digital content, including videos and reels.

Oversee content creation, monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and align with organizational goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Preferred Skills

Strong design and video creation skills.

Ability to create dynamic and engaging reels and video content.
Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is a plus.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing social media.

Creativity, strong management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
