Overview
Jhpiego, through the CLAMS Project, works with the Department of Health, local health officials, private sector and civil society to advance country commitments to WHO’s global strategy to eliminate cervical cancer as public health burden by 2030. The project increases access to optimal cervical cancer screening and early detection technology through capacity building activities, demand generation and awareness activities, supporting scale-up of services through the national cervical cancer control and management program.
The Centralized Laboratory Model for HPV DNA Screening (CLAMS) Project aims to support demand generation and awareness activities for cervical cancer elimination services through direct support for the conduct of health education and promotion activities. This includes production and cascade of information, education and communication (IEC) materials to support delivery of preventive services at the community level.
Jhpiego seeks the services of an individual to produce a series of explainer videos on cervical cancer prevention to support delivery of cervical cancer primary and secondary prevention services.
The consultant will be engaged under a short-term technical assistance (STTA) contract to provide technical and creative expertise in the filming, development, scripting and producing of a series of explainer videos (45-90 seconds long) on cervical cancer prevention.

Responsibilities
• Develop video materials on said topics
• Shoot, script, edit, produce
• Review and incorporate Jhpiego visual and moving assets
• Provide creative inputs and direction
• Turn-over raw and project files to Jhpiego after completion of project
Required Qualifications
• Relevant education or training in the areas of visual communication, video production, film, fine arts, and multimedia production
• Have at least 5 years of demonstrated experience in producing advocacy video materials and audio-visual presentations for the non-profit sector. Previous experience with international development sector is an advantage, especially if has done previous work in improving health behaviors, women’s reproductive and social health, and mobilization of civil society actors
• Ability to produce high-quality video materials
• Understands industry standards for video production and post-production practices and ability to respond to inputs of Jhpiego’s technical team
