Digital infrastructure Project in China : The Project is about to improve digital infrastructure available to the municipal government and operators of urban infrastructure in China. This will result in improved monitoring and maintenance of urban infrastructure and municipal services, enhanced city operations and management and more informed decision-making for urban planning.
Responsibilities:
- The intern is expected to prepare a preliminary sector analysis on the digital infrastructure in the targeted Province, and more broadly, in China.
- At the end of the internship, the intern is expected to present the key findings on the subject to the project team.
- The intern is also expected to participate in other project preparation activities such as project financial and economic analysis, project information management, etc.
- Other matters as the project team leader or the managers of the Public Sector Clients Department (Region 2) may reasonably request.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Masters/MBA or PhD program, preferably familiar with digital infrastructure.
- The applicant is required to submit a write-up on his/her knowledge about digital infrastructure or similar topics
- Passion for international development/area of interests.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Great team player.
- Fluent in oral and written English.
