2025 marks the beginning of the AIIB@10 Campaign (celebration of AIIB’s 10th Anniversary), the kickoff of which would be at the June 2025 AIIB Annual Meeting. Thus, we request early onboarding of the three (3) interns before June. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination work for the 2025 Annual Meeting and AIIB@10, for various project workstreams. Coordination includes monitoring of project status, giving updates on those projects, communicating with internal and external actors/stakeholders and ensuring that projects are running on time and as scheduled. Output would be as calendar of activities and project status. 
  • Content creation work for the above (written or visual). Output would mostly be written communication materials and/or products. Communication materials but could also be visual such as Powerpoint. 
  • For one of the interns, dedicated support specifically for AV multimedia (photo/video). Working knowledge acceptable (not necessarily with professional experience). 
  • Email, physical or virtual meeting and other forms of communication with internal and external actors/departments/organizations. 

Requirements:

  • Background in Communication, Public Relations, Arts, Management, Marketing and similar fields. One specifically with AV multimedia (photo/video) familiarity (working knowledge acceptable). 
  • Communication skills in English (written and spoken). 
  • In-person (Beijing Headquarters as first choice, virtual/online as second choice).
