Le/la titulaire travailera sous une supervision minimale et sera chargé de mener à bien diverses opérations et activités qui l'obligeront à interpréter dans une certaine mesure les directives et pratiques standard mises à sa disposition. Il/elle doit être en mesure de recommander des mesures simples.
OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE:
Assurer diverses activités de coordination et tâches administratives qui contribuent à la fourniture de services aériens sûrs et efficaces à la communauté d'aide humanitaire.
Description Générale:
Sous la supervision générale du Chef d’Aviation et supervision directe de l'Aviation Officer (Ops), l’Assistant Aviation, en charge de la Sécurité des vols et opérations, doit assurer une bonne coordination avec le service de réservation et opération afin de mieux organiser les vols UNHAS pour répondre au mieux a la demande de la communauté humanitaire.
Tâches clés et Responsabilités:
- Panifier des vols selon le programme des vols hebdomadaires, la disponibilité des avions et réservation d’une manière efficace et rentable en respectant les règles de sécurité aérienne.
- Communiquer avec les opérateurs et services de manutention en termes des opérations.
- Coordonner avec l’équipe de réservation pour assurer que les réservations présentes dans le système sont prises en compte dans la planification.
- Conserver et tenir à jour les tableaux de temps et de matrix payload de chaque avion.
- Conserver et tenir à jour les différents rapport sur la consommation de carburant et préparer le rapport d’utilisation des avions et estimer la charge utiles pour chaque avion.
- Rendre compte au CATO s’il n’y a pas assez de passagers sur certaines routes. Sur la décision de CATO, vérifier qu’aucun passager n’a d’impératif et annuler le vol.
- Prévenir les passagers dont la réservation n’a pu être honorée pour cause de non-respect du programme de vol ou par manque de passagers et leur proposer une alternative.
- Diffuser un message indiquant les horaires d’enregistrement et les vols, la veille des vols.
- Coordonner la réservation de chambre pour l'équipage en cas de besoin avec l’administration (finance).
- Enregistrer et classer les documents diffuses le jour sur le share drive.
- Fournir toutes information pertinentes aux superviseurs et collègues par téléphone, e-mail, ...
- Classement des manifestes finalisés et des documents de vol.
- Assumer toutes autres tâches sur demande du superviseur.
EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE :
• Au moins 5 ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine.
• Expérience dans la sécurité des vols et dans l'aide à la planification des vols.
• Avoir une bonne connaissance de Takefilte ou outils des gestions des vols, informatique et en particulier les applications Microsoft Office.
• Expérience de la gestion des manifestes passagers et du chargement des aéronefs.
• Expérience de l'interprétation des bulletins météorologiques courants.
NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS :
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou baccalauréat.
FORMATION :
•Formation en Aviation ou dans un domaine connexe ou équivalent constitue un avantage pour les fonctions de mouvements aériens.
•Connaissances Linguistiques : Maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite en français.
