The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is Financing Infrastructure for Tomorrow in Asia and beyond—infrastructure with sustainability at its core. Support implementation of resource mobilisation programs, workstreams and initiatives. Support resource mobilisation related initiatives like Annual Meeting preparations, events and AIIB+. 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic research to support the implementation of resource mobilization programs and activities, prepare analysis and profiles on key partners; 
  • Assist institutional donor / partner / investor engagements, including conducting a preliminary screening on potential strategic partners and alignment assessments, suggesting appropriate RM approaches, preparing and following up on outreach engagements; 
  • Support the team for RM - IO missions, including preparing briefing packages, presentations, memos, and reports; coordinate the organization and participation in meetings and events; 
  • Conduct internal and external communication in support of the operations of resource mobilisation. 
  • Support team members in achieving set targets and objectives; 
  • Conduct any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program, preferably specialized in Finance, Accounting, Economics 
  • Passion for international development/area of interests. 
  • Excellent communication skills in English. 
  • Team player. 
  • Fluent in oral and written English. Proficiency in another international language is an added advantage.
