We are looking for experienced, savvy Accounting Analysts to be involved in all aspects of accounting for our ambitious and impactful global client partners. You will be working from the transactional level through the financial statements level, using the latest in cloud computing technology. You will work on three to six clients at the same time, gaining and sharing a breadth and depth of experience and actively interfacing and working as a partner with these clients.

• Accounts Payable processing
• Accounts Receivable processing
• Monthly Payroll run and accounting
• Completion of Month End journals and closing adjustments
• Preparation and completion of monthly financial reports
• Bank and GL Reconciliations
• Communicate actively with clients through email daily
• Actively participate during client calls
• Identify significant risks and able to problem-solve independently
• Guide and review entry-level staff work
• Bring good ideas for process improvement and client satisfaction and delight

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any  related course; CPA is a plus
• Interested in and committed to being part of positive change in the world; brings an eagerness to learn and develop new skills 
• At least two (2) to three (3) years experience in the same field; client services experience is highly desirable 
• Interest and exposure in accounting systems and other related applications (Quickbooks, Xero, etc.)
• Ability to prioritize well and easily shift and refocus as urgent tasks emerge 
• Excellent communication (both oral and written in English) skills, including the ability to be direct and clear; if not yet excellent, possesses a drive to improve 
• Strong analytical skills
• Creative problem-solving, strong collaboration, and willingness to work across teams to improve client results
