CONTEXTO ORGANIZATIVO:
Estos puestos han de cubrirse en los almacenes del PMA. Los titulares rinden cuentas al Almacenista.


FINALIDAD DEL PUESTO:
Efectuar el recuento de los productos y ayudar en las actividades de apilamiento e inventario físico para maximizar la precisión y la eficiencia de la gestión de los productos.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
1.Recibir y despachar productos y participar en su transformación durante las operaciones internas de molienda, y detectar cualquier anomalía y notificarla al supervisor, para contribuir a una gestión de los productos minuciosa y eficaz dentro del almacén.
2.Implementar y mantener un apilamiento correcto de los productos y ayudar a realizar periódicamente inventarios físicos de las existencias aplicando las directrices y las normas establecidas, para apoyar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y sistemas de control interno.
3.Elaborar informes de recuento exactos, incluida la preparación eficiente de hojas de recuento y su distribución a las partes pertinentes, para garantizar una rendición de cuentas sistemática y rápida de la entrada y salida de productos y de su almacenamiento en el depósito.
4.Supervisar la limpieza del almacén tras las actividades de carga y descarga y de reconstitución de existencias, para velar por que el almacén del PMA cumpla las normas establecidas.

EXPERIENCIA DESEABLE PARA DESEMPEÑAR ESTA FUNCIÓN:
•Experiencia en la realización de actividades básicas de logística (recuento de mercancías).

•Experiencia laboral mínima de 2 años en el sector público o privado.

CUALIFICACIONES ACADÉMICAS ESTÁNDAR MÍNIMAS:
Formación: Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria.
Idiomas: Dominio del español.
