About this position
We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and team-oriented Resource Planning & Admin Associate. As such, you will assist in the administration of the Department resources, mainly in the areas of Human Resources, Training, Procurement, and Budget. The ideal candidate would excel in delivering services effectively, efficiently, and with a client-centric approach, while also leveraging data analytics to enhance report quality and support informed decision-making.
You will work in the Business Performance Group (BPG) part of Finance (FIN) department. FIN is responsible for the mobilization and administration of the Bank’s financial resources, both the assets and liabilities of the organization, including debt and non-debt funds, the management of the Bank’s liquidity, the accounting and financial records of its operations, and the administration of its relations with financial markets and intermediaries. BPG oversees FIN’s strategy formulation, culture, and communications, as well as department-wide business performance functions, including FIN’s budget, human capital, shared services center, and quality assurance in collaboration with the CFO and General Manager.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate HRD activities: Work closely with HR Business Partners to manage the Department’s annual HR activities (e.g., Performance and Talent reviews) and ensure timely compliance. Manage employee recognition tools, liaising with HRD on best practices and report preparation. Oversee contract renewals, promotions, transfers, and terminations as directed by the CFO and FIN management team.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines: Maintain adherence to process and procedure guidelines for personnel actions, including recruitment and selection processes for staff and complementary workforce. Ensure the Department’s compliance with time and leave policies
- Oversee travel and training plans: Manage the execution of annual travel and training plans, coordinate logistics for group trainings, and ensure budget compliance.
- Support budget and payment processes: Lead the processing of administrative payments and serve as backup for planning, projecting, executing, and supervising the FIN administrative budget.
- Support risk management and process documentation controls: Review the assignation of roles for system accesses addressing possible risks and ensure process documentation (SOPs, DTPs, regulations) is accurate and up to date.
What you'll need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. A Master's Degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least 4 years of progressive experience in office administration, procurement related tasks and ERP systems. Knowledge of Advanced Excel and Power BI is highly desirable.
- Languages: Proficiency in Spanish and English, spoken and written, is required. Additional knowledge of French and Portuguese is preferable.

Type of contract and duration
• Staff: International staff contract, 36 months initially, renewable upon mutual agreement.
