IFC is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, well-organized Program Assistant to ensure smooth operations of IFC Middle East Central Asia, Türkiye, Pakistan (MCT) Türkiye Hub Office and specifically support the implementation of IFC Infrastructure Program through administrative and other support services to IFC Regional Infrastructure Manager (the Manager) and some of his/her team members based in Istanbul.
Duties and Accountabilities:
- Manage calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and provide timely follow-up on workflow for the Manager and some of his/her team members
- Provide satisfactory administrative, logistics and operational support for the Manager and some of his/her team members
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Manager. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up.
- Draft text, reports, graphs and standard system-generated reports and other communications; process documents for signature, ensuring documents adhere to IFCs standards and guidelines.
- Maintain confidential files, records, and databases where relevant
- Compile/Prepare for submission/circulation Transactions’ Board papers, Investment Review packages.
- Assist the Manager as well as the Team members in updating and maintaining iPortal, SharePoint, OneDrive repositories for tracking, e-filing, and archiving system, applying the appropriate record retention policies.
- Work very closely with the assistants of the other offices of the MCT region and of Headquarters.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Act as back-up to other assistants in the Istanbul office as needed
