Service Coordinator
Location: Grimsby
Contract type: Fixed Term until September 2025 with the possibility of an extension
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £23,590 per annum pro-rata
Driving: Full UK Driving Licence required and access to a vehicle (mileage will be paid for use of own vehicle)

A day in the life of a Service Coordinator:
- You will manage a small team of staff and volunteers ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
- You will meet with our service users and assess their needs. You will guide or signpost them to connect with groups within the community or to manage a health condition. This will enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
- You will liaise with partnership agencies and stakeholders to promote the service and build meaningful relationships.
- You will produce and maintain monthly reports.
To be a successful Service Coordinator:
- Do you have strong leadership skills and an ability to get the best out of people?
- Are you a good communicator?
- Do you have knowledge of Health and Social Care services?
- Do you have a manual UK driving licence and access to a vehicle? (mileage will be paid for use of own vehicle).
