Data analysis
1. Perform statistical analyses and generate reports with actionable recommendations for key business decisions, including sales trends, financial reporting and inventory review.
2. Analyse current market trends and historical data in support for the preparation of revenue forecasts.
3. Assist in preparing the Sales and Marketing plan and budget and monitor regularly or periodically the financial performance (budget vs. actual) for both revenue and expenditures to support the reporting to Finance and Budget Services in tracking financial goals.
4. Collaborate with Finance and Budget Services by providing information on sales transactions and by investigating discrepancies as part of the regular reconciliation process.

Business development and operations
5. Assist supervisor with market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and emerging trends in publishing. 
6. Assist with managing distributor relationships, ensuring compliance with agreements.
7. Analyse enquiries and customer assistance requests to propose recommendations for improving business practices. 

Innovation
8. Collaborate with SAP Unit to support the optimization of SAP (ERP system), ensuring a seamless integration with other systems including the web shop, credit card processing and BI.
9. Conduct regular technical reviews of and analyse user feedback from digital ePublications platform and IMO Publishing web shop and contribute to formulation of system adjustments and enhancements to facilitate increased engagement and customer satisfaction.
10. Review, and update internal procedures based on new policies and changes.

11. Assist supervisor with negotiations, drafting licensing agreements and contract extensions, and carry out royalty statement reviews.
12. Conduct analyses and prepare reports on royalty arrangements and licensing revenue, advise supervisor regarding suggested follow up actions.
13. Review and confirm adherence of royalty products to technical and security specifications, identify issues, and propose corrective and preventive measures. 
14. Perform other duties in Publishing Service to cover the work of staff during absences or to carry out special tasks, as required.
