UNDP CO seeks a dedicated professional to provide day-to-day support and ensure cleanliness of the CO premises.
Under the guidance and supervision of the Administrative Associate, the Office Cleaner/Helper provides sanitary services and reliable office support services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides efficient disinfection and cleaning services
- Keep the offices, kitchen, corridors, toilets, and meeting venues and the office environment clean at all times;
- Ensure hygienic standard of sanitary facilities by regular cleaning and disnifection;
- Keep office rooms’ floors, surfaces, furniture, walls, doors, windows, carpets clean and hygienic;
- Replace supplies (toilet rolls, soaps, washing liquid, paper towels, disinfecting liquid etc.) in toilets, corridors and kitchen when required;
- Report on the stock status of cleaning supplies (toilet rolls, soaps, washing liquid etc.);
- Maintain Support with filing/rearrangement of documents, files and stationary;
- Provide office hospitality in the presence of guests;
- Perform other duties as required.
