Business Delivery Manager
Location: UK flexible (Hybrid, occasional working in London Office)
Salary: £40,083 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Permanent

Do you have excellent planning and organisational skills with a desire to be part of a strategically thinking team? If so, then you could be our Business Delivery Manager.

We’re looking for someone who can be a central point of contact for the Marketing, Fundraising and Communications directorate. Who can provide dedicated assistance to multiple Directors, ensuring effective leadership and management of the organisation’s portfolio of activity.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner, driving forward our endeavours, streamlining operations processes and enabling interdepartmental collaboration. Additionally, your work will contribute to the culture agenda within our departments, aligning activities with the wider directorate and organisational culture goals.

What will a day in the life of a Business Delivery Manager entail?

  • Providing professional and proactive support across the directorate. Ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
  • Dealing with varied matters as they arise, anticipating outcomes and providing solutions. Escalating matters of concern in a timely manner.
  • Acting as a deputy for the Senior Business Delivery Manager when needed.
  • Researching and preparing presentations, leading on projects and producing reports as required.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, ensuring timely follow up for meeting outcomes.
  • Diary and venue management, logistics, supporting the coordination of various meetings.

To be a successful Business Delivery Manager, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Ability to present information to a variety of audiences and the ability to influence decisions and outcomes.
  • Confident collaboration and relationship management skills to assist a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • To be IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the ability to pick up new software packages quickly.
  • Problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills, with sound judgement.
