  • Support donor engagement through reporting, field visits, and compliance with grant requirements.

  • Build strong partnerships with government, NGOs, donors, and community structures, representing CBM in key national forums and coordination platforms.
  • Oversee project budgets, monitor spending, validate partner financial reports, and ensure alignment between programme and financial delivery.

These are your qualifications

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Public Health, Epidemiology, Tropical Medicine, International Development, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in public health programme implementation, ideally in NTDs or infectious disease control.

  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with donor-funded projects, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Professional proficiency in French (essential); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Alignment with CBM’s Christian values and a strong commitment to disability-inclusive development.
