As a locally registered entity, CIM boasts of a dedicated team of over 100 staff and 200+ volunteers. The organization operates offices and programs that support more than 25,000 young people across different communities in Quezon City, Caloocan, Manila, and Calumpit, Bulacan.
THE CAREER OPPORTUNITY (MORE ABOUT THE ROLE)
The Trainer for Club Facilitators–Child Path Project, (CFT–CPP). The position will be employed by CIM and report to The Training Lead. This role is critical to the success of the Child Path program. It is an exciting opportunity that ensures the bond between participants and their sponsors is strengthened and contributes to the successful implementation of the new Child Path model, which will impact the lives of thousands of children and youth.
As a Trainer, you will report to the Training Lead and work closely with trainers on your team to deliver dynamic, engaging training experiences for Club Facilitators across various locations and communities. Your role will focus on conducting trainings, supporting field officers as they coach Club Facilitators in understanding and delivering curricula, and contributing to a vibrant, inclusive learning and development environment. You’ll be the spark that helps Club Facilitators feel ready, respected, and motivated.
This role blends training, coaching, and relationship-building with a dash of fun—and the knowledge that you're making a tangible difference in community-based learning.
You will also be required to submit various reports in a thorough and timely manner, provide feedback, solve problems, build and nurture stakeholder relationships, and promote continuous improvement. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
- Champion and promote CI programs, building the brand within the community.
- Contribute to agency planning and budgeting processes.
- Facilitate high-quality training sessions for Club Facilitators under the guidance of the Training Lead
- Support Club Facilitators in interpreting and applying curriculum materials in an engaging and effective manner.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships and create an inclusive, fun, and growth-oriented training environment.

- Maintain consistency, reliability, timeliness, and quality of all gathered information to ensure data integrity. Regularly update and document progress and comply with timely submission of data and other reporting requirements.
- Participate as needed with field officers and/or other staff to share ideas on how to provide continual support for Club Facilitator training.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS:
- Background in the relevant field of study.
- Experience of 3 years in similar roles or facilitating community and volunteer-led programs for children, youth, and families is an asset.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to suit diverse learning styles.
- Possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage, motivate, influence a team of volunteers and proven ability to deal tactfully, manage conflict and build effective relationships with people across levels, both internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented with ability to recommend improvements.
- Time management and planning skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities smoothly.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and relevant local languages.
- Relevant computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications; specifically, a good working knowledge of excel for administrative purposes and experience in digital learning platforms is in advantage.
- Learning mentality chraracterized by listening, humulity, and openness/courage to change.
- Self-motivated and proactive with high level of compassion, empahty, integrity, and passion to work on complex social causes, especially the cause of children and youth.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT
Willingness to travel across the service areas in the city/country, significant travel to local training site (centers and/or service delivery points) and possibly outside the country once a year for global training, when necessary.
