BACKGROUND
Le Gouvernement de la République de Madagascar a reçu un financement de la Banque mondiale pour mettre en Åuvre le Projet de Préparation aux Pandémies et Prestation de Services de Santé de Base (PPSB). Ce projet vise à renforcer la préparation aux pandémies selon lâapproche One Health et à améliorer la prestation de services de santé de base. Une composante clé du projet est lâapproche One Health, qui intègre les dimensions humaines, animales et environnementales de la santé. Le projet prévoit également une stratégie de communication robuste pour renforcer la visibilité, la mobilisation communautaire et la gestion des risques Câest dans ce cadre que lâOMS prévoit également le recrutement dâun consultant national qui aura pour mission dâappuyer la mise en Åuvre des activités de la composante One Health du projet PPSB, coordonner les actions de communication du projet, et dâ assurer le suivi technique et opérationnel des activités en lien avec les partenaires nationaux et internationaux.
PURPOSE OF THE CONSULTANCY
Contribuer à lâinstitutionnalisation de la plateforme One Health:
- Participer à lâélaboration et à la mise en Åuvre des plans stratégiques, manuels de gouvernance et modules de formation.
- Appuyer les activités de renforcement des capacités, y compris les formations et les webinaires.
Communication et visibilité :
- Mettre en Åuvre le plan de communication du projet
- Produire des contenus de communication (articles, newsletters, visuels, vidéos).
- Organiser des campagnes digitales et des événements de sensibilisation.
- Assurer la documentation des bonnes pratiques et des success stories.
Coordination et suivi :
- Assurer la liaison avec les ministères, les partenaires techniques et financiers.
- Contribuer à la planification, au suivi et au reporting des activités.
- Participer à la préparation des rapports dâavancement et financiers.

Articles, newsletters, visuels, vidéos produits pour appuyer la visibilité du projet.
Documentation des bonnes pratiques et des success stories.
Mise en Åuvre du plan de communication du projet PPSB.

Qualifications, experience, skills and languages
Educational Qualifications:
Essential : Diplôme universitaire communication, sciences sociales ou domaine connexe.
Atout : connaissances en santé publique ou santé animale/environnementale
Experiences :
Essential: Au moins 2 ans dâexpérience professionnelle dans mise en Åuvre de projets de communication
Expérience dans la communication en santé publique et/ou santé animale/environnementale
Expérience dans la coordination multisectorielle de communication de projet/programme
Expérience dans lâapproche One Health ou la gestion de projets financés par des bailleurs internationaux (Banque mondiale, OMS, etc.).
Skills/Knowledge:
Essential: Excellentes compétences en rédaction, communication et gestion de partenariats.
Leadership et sens de lâinitiative.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et en environnement multiculturel.
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des plateformes de communication digitale.
Sens de lâorganisation et rigueur dans le suivi des activités,
