ICF is seeking a Project Manager (part time position at 50% with possible evolution) to oversee and coordinate key initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and impact. The Project Manager will work closely with the Executive Director, external partners, and stakeholders to develop, execute, and evaluate projects that align with ICF’s mission. This role requires solid project management knowledge, strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for global health and cancer care. 

Project Management: coordinate and monitor the implementation of projects from the initial interactions with the partner to the monitoring reports and final evaluation. 

  • Project Planning & Implementation: consolidate project requests, develop detailed project plans, monitor timelines, objectives, and coordinate activities to achieve project goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: engage and liaise with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, funding partners, and institutions.
  • Budget & Resource Management: oversee project budgets, ensure cost-effective allocation of resources, and track expenditures.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: develop the project M&E framework, establish key performance indicators, track progress, organize evaluation and generate impact reports. 
  • Communication & Reporting: prepare comprehensive project updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event & Workshop Coordination: support the organization of training sessions, mentorship programs, and international/regional conferences. 
  • Risk Management: identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
  • Resource mobilization: participate in grant writing, fundraising communication material, events and activities.
