Le stage a pour objectif d’apporter une expérience professionnelle dans le secteur humanitaire pour le cas d’espèce aux étudiant(e)s en fin de cycle universitaire, d’écoles d’enseignement supérieur et professionnel et/ou à toute autre personne ayant fini ses études, ayant atteint l’âge de 18 ans et ne dépassant pas l’âge de 25 ans.
Il permet d’acquérir une expérience et se familiariser aux réalités de l’environnement professionnel. Cette personne doit être reconnue de bonne vie et mœurs.
Le stage doit être bénéfique à la fois pour le NRC et pour le stagiaire tout en correspondant au besoin précis du programme demandeur. Dans ce cas particulier de NRC, il est important de différencier le stage professionnel et celui académique
