The African Union Development Agency invites applicants who are citizens of African Union Member States for the post Internship Human Resources.

Expected Deliverables

Clean and updated recruitment, performance management, compensation, and benefits documentation.
Submitted reports for management reporting
Weekly progress reports and a final internship report.
End-of-internship presentation summarising tasks, learning, and recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Human Resources, Business Administration, Management and/or Social Sciences or related fields.
Basic knowledge and experience in customer service
Good problem-solving skills
Good working knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Office and SAP or other HRIS)
Excellent attention to detail
High level of diplomacy and the ability to display discretion and respect for confidentiality

Internship allowance: A stipend of US$500 per month.
