Context
The Nutritionist works support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public health nutrition program in line with WHO norms and national priorities. It includes applying evidence-based nutrition interventions, supporting management of acute malnutrition, GM&P, Clinical nutrition, and IYCF services, strengthening nutrition surveillance and data use for decision-making, coordinating with the Ministry of Health and partners, and ensuring quality, accountability, and continuity of nutrition services, particularly in emergency and fragile settings.

- Monthly Volunteer Living allowance (VLA) at amount of 1597.24 USD.
- danger and Hardship Differential DHD: 5750.1 USD.
- Annual and learning leaves.
- Free Medical and life insurance.
- Free access to different learning platforms.

Task description
1- Manages data collection and analysis and develops comprehensive plans to implement national program, achieving results such as:
• Communicate and follow up with relevant Federal Ministry of Health FMoH/ State Ministry of Health SMoH units the data collection for the WHO Report:
• Work closely with the state and field MoH and WHO officers to improve the timely reporting from all nutrition facilities and functional SCs
• Support the establishment of the IYCF reporting from the nutrition sides and Stabilization centers
• Monthly CMAM report sharing
• Infant and Young Child Feeding activities
• Growth Monitoring and Promotion.
• Clinical nutrition and diet therapy
• Participation in the planning of WHO emergency and humanitarian nutrition activities in emergency and crisis preparedness, response and recovery at country level
2- Monitors and coordinates the implementation of planned activities, national and field action, achieving results such as:
• Support and coordinate the implementation of joint nutrition activities, internally and externally with relatives' nutrition partners.
• Following WHO nutrition technical and financial reports
• Use of food Composition table for Sudan and developing the local food recipes
• Follow up on the establishment of center of excellence for SC.
• Follow up of the WHO nutrition supplies process till reach its required destinations.
• Follow implementation of donor projects; European Commission's Humanitarian Aid Office ECHO,, etc.
3- Strengthen capacity building of nutrition interventions at various levels, achieving results such as:
• Identification of training needs for respective target audiences and development of comprehensive plans for capacity building
• Organization and delivery of training activities to various target groups, e.g. to improve case management and prevention at various levels.
• Capacity building of prevention and management of nutrition interventions including WHO new guideline
