NIB is an international financial institution owned by the Nordic and Baltic countries. The Bank provides long-term loans on market terms to private and public projects that improve competitiveness and the environment. NIB's goal is to recruit and retain personnel that possess the competencies and skills required in order for the Bank to implement its mission. Trainees at NIB

NIB offers trainees opportunities for students across the Bank, based on business needs. ​The traineeship provides you with the opportunity to gain insight into the activities of an international financial institution (IFI) and to gain practical work experience that are valuable for your future career.

Many of our trainees work full-time during the summer and continue parttime alongside their studies during the year. The part-time work is conducted on hourly basis with flexible time schedules.
