Trainees at NIB
NIB offers trainees opportunities for students across the Bank, based on business needs. The traineeship provides you with the opportunity to gain insight into the activities of an international financial institution (IFI) and to gain practical work experience that are valuable for your future career.
Many of our trainees work full-time during the summer and continue parttime alongside their studies during the year. The part-time work is conducted on hourly basis with flexible time schedules.
