Position summary
As we launch our new four-year growth-focused strategic plan, the Revenue and Growth Coordinator will be a high-impact partner to the VP and fundraising leadership team—driving alignment, momentum, and execution across priorities. This role strengthens the donor experience by proactively managing donor-centric workflows, including timely follow-up, reporting, segmentation, and fundraising operations that enable disciplined growth. With exceptional attention to detail, the Coordinator anticipates needs, removes barriers, and ensures leadership is prepared and responsive through strategic calendar and meeting coordination, cross-functional scheduling with headquarters staff, travel and logistics planning, budget and finance support, IT and internal communications coordination, data system updates and report coordination and the preparation of polished presentations and documents.
responsibilities
· Supports a donor experience that feels personal, timely, and well-coordinated.
· Supports special projects related to revenue and growth goals, donor experience, events and fundraising operations.
· Conducts general research, assembles and reviews operational reports and prepares ad-hoc reports or donor-support materials as requested.
· Supports Revenue and Growths use of Dynamics and related systems by helping maintain clean records, activity updates, task completion, process documentation, training updates and business value prioritization communications.
· Manages and maintaining calendars, contacts, and files for VP and special projects
· Coordinate meeting and travel logistics for VP and special events.
· Maintain internal communication platforms (Teams sites, CI Connect department pages)
· Serve as the key contact point for all departments for IT-related matters and CIKC upgrades
· Support leaders with HR reporting, budget monitoring and financial system processing.
· Manage special projects to improve operations and efficiency
Personal Characteristics & Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
· At least three years of experience in administrative support, executive support, development operations, fundraising support, sales support, or related field preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfort and confidence in professional interactions with senior leaders, board members and donors
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
· High level of initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills
