Webinar Description
We are experiencing exceptional times in the world and in the impact sector. Each day seems to come with new changes that we must understand and adapt to, both as individuals and leaders.
How do we make sense of the world and stay motivated?
How do we motivate our staff and teams to stay focused when the distractions are many and the future looks uncertain?
What are the leadership competencies we must have today, and how do we stay agile and adaptable for an ambiguous future?
Join us for this highly interactive webinar in collaboration with leadership coach and cross-cultural expert Katarina Holm-Didio, as we explore these questions together and uncover practical, globally-informed insights that matter.
