Antonio is a former Head of Talent Outreach & Acquisition with UNHCR, former HR manager for Syria with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and a learning and development specialist with UNESCO in Paris. For the last few years, he has been part of the Emergency Roster of NRC as an HR specialist and advisor having been deployed to Iran, Afghanistan, and most recently to Ukraine. Antonio has vast experience in international organizations in the US, Europe, and Africa in the areas of recruitment, career development, training, and organizational development. Background in Psychology and organizational behavior, expertise in cross-cultural management and communication.
