Meet Your Coach

Beate is an experienced professional coach and senior human resources leader with over 25 years of experience in the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the private sector. During her career with UNDP in New York and Copenhagen, she played a key role in the relocation and establishment of the JPO Service Center and built strong expertise in recruitment, staffing, learning, talent management, and leadership development. She also gained several years of experience in the private sector in Germany.

Beate trained with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), an ICF-accredited program, and became a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) in 2011. She completed CTI’s ten-month Leadership Development Program in 2014 and further expanded her coaching toolkit by certifying in the Process Communication Model® (PCM) in 2019.

Since retiring from UNDP in 2014, Beate has worked as a professional coach at national and international levels. She believes that all people are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and she is deeply committed to supporting individuals through professional transformation and meaningful change.

Beate holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from The New School for Social Research in New York, with a Certificate in Organizational Development. She also holds a Master’s degree in Translation (French and Spanish) from Saarland University in Germany and a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Terminology from Université Laval in Québec, Canada.
