How it works

Choose your coaching package - Pick the service and coach that best fits your needs and upload  your CV. Indicate your preferred date and time for your first session and make your payment. 

Schedule your session(s) with your coach - Coaches usually take 1-2 working days to respond to booking requests. Together you scheduale your session(s).

Get your coaching - Coaching takes place at the time you both agree on. If you have booked a package with multiple sessions, you will have time to reflect and work on potential homework in between sessions. 

Reflect - After your session(s), we’d love for you to share your feedback through our survey.
