Wolfgang is a senior UN career coach and consultant with over 40 years of experience in UN peacekeeping and special political missions, both in the field and at UN headquarters in New York. Having started at the FS-2/1 level and progressed to Director D-2/6, including placement in the UN Special Representatives, Deputy Special Representatives, and Special Envoys pool, he has firsthand insight into every stage of UN career progression.

As a former chairperson and member of hundreds of UN recruitment panels, Wolfgang is highly experienced in competency-based interviewing, UN core values, managerial competencies, and the UN Values and Behavioural Framework. He has mentored middle and senior managers through UN programs such as SMART, ETHOS, and LOGOS and has assessed the impact of UN Management Reform on Peace Operations as an independent consultant.

Today, Wolfgang brings his expertise to professionals aiming to join, excel, and lead within the UN system. As an independent senior consultant, mentor, coach, and international speaker, he provides tailored guidance to help clients succeed and make an impact.
