Merlijn is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in international organizations. Before joining Impactpool, where he currently serves as a Senior Executive Consultant after leading Executive Search and Talent Solutions, he held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW), where he served for many years. With more than two decades of expertise in personal development, assessment, interview preparation, and career coaching, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight and human-centered guidance. His background includes facilitating corporate learning programs for a diverse range of global companies, and beyond his HR career, he is also an accomplished composer and performing artist.
