Yuki is an experienced international coach with over 20 years of experience in the private sector, UN (UNDP and WFP), and NGOs. She has worked in 19 countries across Africa, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe, including field locations, country offices, and headquarters. Her hands-on experience managing humanitarian projects in hardship duty stations gives her a deep understanding of the challenges faced by international development and humanitarian professionals.
Yuki works with mid-career professionals seeking to transition into international development or humanitarian careers, professionals moving into new roles, those considering leaving the field, spouses and partners of international professionals, and individuals transitioning into retirement.
A cancer survivor, Yuki is passionate about supporting people through challenging professional and personal transitions. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Trauma-Informed Certified Coach (TICC). She holds an M.A. in Human Rights and an M.Sc. in Rural Planning and Development. Her coaching combines practical insight, empathy, and a deep understanding of the realities of international humanitarian and development work.
