Satomi is a career and talent acquisition coach with over 15 years of experience across the private sector—including FMCG, BFSI, and IT—and the United Nations. She has successfully placed more than 300 professionals from over 100 nationalities in 50+ countries, including senior and executive leaders.

As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent professional, Satomi has personally navigated redundancy, burnout, and multiple career pivots. Her lived experience drives her passion for helping others move forward through uncertainty and change.

Her coaching specialties include outplacement and career transition strategies, inclusive leadership, personal branding and career reinvention, cross-cultural and international coaching, neurodivergent coaching (ADHD, dyslexia, autism), and interview preparation and salary negotiation.
