Meet Your Coach

Ronda is a career coach dedicated to using coaching to transform lives, communities, and the world. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in international development, social services, NGOs, and social enterprises, she has supported hundreds of people in translating their skills into meaningful work and balanced lives.

Her clients have gone on to work with U.S. government agencies such as USAID, multilateral organizations like the World Bank, NGOs, non-profits, and other social impact organizations. Many have also launched their own social enterprises, using their talents and perspectives to create positive change. Ronda focuses on helping people who want to make a difference design career paths that combine maximum impact with personal wellbeing.

Ronda holds a Doctorate of Management from the University of Maryland University College, a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Arts in World Studies from the School for International Training. She is also a Global Career Development Facilitator.
