Katarina is a leadership coach with over 20 years of international experience in human resources, learning, consulting, coaching, and training across multilateral and corporate sectors. She specializes in global leadership, career and performance management, and cross-cultural competence, supporting individuals and teams to achieve professional growth and organizational impact.

She serves as an HR consultant with IDLO and has worked as a coach and trainer with UNFPA, UNDP, and the UN Secretariat, where she served as Staff Development Officer in the Career and Performance Management Section. Early in her career, she also worked in academia and adult education.

Katarina is ICF-certified in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance and holds a diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching in International Systemic Team Coaching, as well as a Certificate in Accelerating Role Transitions from Connected Commons. Originally from Finland, she is based in New Jersey, USA, and holds dual Master’s degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Social Science.
