Meet your coach

Jens is a senior human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience in human resources, project, and organizational management across multilateral institutions, government, NGOs, and the private sector. Since 2003, he has held a range of senior HR roles, including Deputy Director of Human Resources and Head of Talent Management at the OSCE in Vienna, as well as Director of Human Resources at the European University Institute in Florence.

Following an interim assignment with Germany’s leading corporate branding company, Jens assumed his current role as Head of Human Resources at Wikimedia Germany. Earlier in his career, he completed nine years of service with UNV and UNDP.

In addition to his executive leadership experience, Jens has an extensive academic and training background. He has taught at the Free University of Berlin, the Hertie School of Governance, Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna in Pisa, and the UN Staff College, bringing a strong learning and development perspective to his work.
