As an ICF-certified executive coach (PCC, EQ-i2.0), she actively guides clients to harness their strengths, navigate UN recruitment processes, and articulate their value through clear, compelling CVs, interview strategies, and career direction. Her coaching emphasizes trust, empathy, and genuine care, enabling professionals to lead with confidence and transition into roles where they can create meaningful impact.

She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science specializing in AI and Expert Systems and an MBA from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
