Michele is a leadership and career coach who works with executives, senior UN leaders, and professionals to amplify their influence and unlock sustainable growth. An incurable optimist, he believes deeply in people’s ability to shape a better future through conscious leadership and purposeful action.

He brings more than 12 years of experience in global organizations, including the United Nations, and is the founder of two successful companies. His career spans diverse sectors such as nuclear energy, banking, government, and law enforcement, along with extensive international living experience, particularly in developing countries. This background gives him a strong, real-world understanding of the challenges leaders face in complex environments.

Michele holds a Postgraduate degree in Executive Coaching from the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and a master’s degree in Profiling from the University of Bologna. He is a Chartered Expert in Psychometrics recognized by the British Psychological Society and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 1,000 coaching hours. He is also a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and a frequent contributor to Forbes on leadership and career development.

His coaching style is pragmatic, thought-provoking, and compassionately direct, guided by the principle: “Where your energy goes, your energy flows.”
