- Review and check Staff Mahram Payments
- Review and Check vendor invoices / and keep filing system.
- Assisting the Finance team in preparing monthly tax reports
- Providing support during grants audits
- Preparing bank transfer application letters and writing checks
- Preparing payment requests for supplier payments
- Assisting Finance Assistants with clearing the online Integra system for cash and bank payments
- Assisting with month-end financial reports
- Developing and maintaining a good filing system for financial documents
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be computer literate: MS Excel and MS word packages
- Fresh Graduate from University in the field of Accounting, Economics.
- Detail orientated, organized, and able to work well in fast paced environment.
- Should be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal skills)
- Should be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Should have team spirit, and work to foster good cooperation with other colleagues in the team and wider IRC Country Program.
