  • Review and check Staff Mahram Payments
  • Review and Check vendor invoices / and keep filing system.
  • Assisting the Finance team in preparing monthly tax reports
  • Providing support during grants audits
  • Preparing bank transfer application letters and writing checks
  • Preparing payment requests for supplier payments
  • Assisting Finance Assistants with clearing the online Integra system for cash and bank payments
  • Assisting with month-end financial reports
  • Developing and maintaining a good filing system for financial documents
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be computer literate: MS Excel and MS word packages
  • Fresh Graduate from University in the field of Accounting, Economics.
  • Detail orientated, organized, and able to work well in fast paced environment.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal skills)
  • Should be able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Should have team spirit, and work to foster good cooperation with other colleagues in the team and wider IRC Country Program.
