Overview
Under the overall guidance of the Program Director- SRHR of Jhpiego and the supervision of the Project Specialist- Urban Health (Program Support), the District Coordinator will perform the following duties.

Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities:
- S/he will coordinate with other team members, managers, and providers of the targeted project areas to accomplish the planned activities as per approved AWP.
- Overall coordination of different stakeholders of the project and liaison with UNFPA, DGHS, DGFP, DGDA, BCDS, PCB, and private sectors like ToguMogu Private Ltd, Impact Hub Dhaka, and Gram Unnayan Kendra (GUK)
- Identification of potential active pharmacists, including all-female pharmacists, with necessary information
- Organize the meetings, workshops, and training with different project stakeholders.
- Conduct supportive supervision of the pharmacists who received training
- Monitoring, & evaluation of the pharmacists who received the training
- Act as the key person in the coordination of training on SRHR information and services
- Facilitate and monitor the training of pharmacists on SRHR services
- Organize periodic monitoring visits of the GoB stakeholders and donors to pharmacies
- Coordination and communication with the focal person of GoB referral centers (DH, MCWC, UHC, MCH)
- Supervision and follow up the activities of the pharmacists under this intervention
- Mentorship support to the active potential pharmacists
- Monitoring the pharmacists and report the performance of the pharmacists with a feedback mechanism
- Need-based distribution of different SBCC materials to pharmacies
- Participate in Expert Technical Group workshop and note-taking and drafting minutes
- Actively participate in national-level workshops, training, and meeting
- Provide support in the successful implementation of the Komlaphul Mobile App, Telemedicine services, entrepreneurship training
- Proper documentation, meeting minutes, need-based data collection and report writing
- Regular reporting to the immediate supervisor and following the guidance in conducting the activities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the Komlaphul Pharmacy interventions
- Documentation, monitoring, and reporting of the Komlaphul Pharmacy interventions
Compliance
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. She/He will be a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
Safeguarding/ PSEA
- Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action. She will follow the safeguarding reporting procedure if any reportable incident occurs, encouraging others to do so.
Special Assignment
- Carry out any other tasks the supervisor and senior management team assign

Required Qualifications
- Masters in Publich Health or any other relevant subject.
- Minimum 3 years of similar work experience in NGO focused in Public Health.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bangla
- Computer literacy with particular skills in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Bijoy52, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness accomplish the assignments.to visit the targeted facilities frequently (at least 75% of the time) using public transportation to reach targeted areas.
