ABOUT THE ROLE
Transparency International is currently seeking a Governance Coordinator (m/f/d) to join the Governance, Legal & Events Team.
The Governance, Legal & Events Team is responsible for the governance of the global organisation at Transparency International (TI-S) and it facilitates the development of and helps ensure a strong, integer and relevant TI Movement that fulfils its mission efficiently and in full abidance with the values that it promotes, also in respect of the diversity and high independence of its constituents.
OVERVIEW OF KEY DIMENSIONS
Role Purpose: The Governance Coordinator (m/f/d) supports the overall National Chapter accreditation process by coordinating and conducting regular accreditation reviews along the accreditation cycle, and via supporting relevant stakeholders in the process. The Governance Coordinator supports the Board of Directors and its committees, the Chair of the International Council, and the Annual Membership Meeting so that those bodies can effectively fulfil their function. The Governance Coordinator also supports the communication and coordination of key TI events and the risk management.
