CONTEXTE ADMINISTRATIF

Ces postes sont à pourvoir dans des bureaux de terrain de Moundou et Guereda. Les titulaires relèvent du ou de la Responsable de l'unité, du/de la Chef.fe de bureau ou du ou de la Chargé(e) des technologies de l'information, ou de son ou sa suppléant(e). À ce niveau, le travail est effectué sous la supervision directe d'un membre du personnel de rang supérieur. Les titulaires travaillent au sein d'une équipe, et on attend d'eux qu'ils produisent des travaux techniques structurés et rigoureux.

OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE

Assurer des services d'assistance à l'utilisation des logiciels et du matériel standard, et suivre et gérer un large éventail de sources d'information, afin de contribuer à l'efficacité des services informatiques.

PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive)

1. Mener des tâches de maintenance des systèmes et des équipements, comme la protection des données et des systèmes de sauvegarde, pour vérifier qu'ils fonctionnent correctement et peuvent être utilisés facilement et avec efficience.

2. Mener des activités simples de contrôle et de dépannage des systèmes serveur pour fournir des services informatiques stables au personnel.

3. Répondre à des questions simples sur les technologies et les systèmes pour faciliter leur utilisation.

4. Réceptionner et inspecter le matériel informatique à son arrivée et signaler les écarts d'inventaire aux collègues de rang supérieur, afin d'assurer un suivi efficace des équipements.

5. Réaliser des tests bêta simples et aider à la mise en service des nouvelles versions de logiciels dont l'assistance est centralisée, afin de vérifier que le personnel du PAM peut les utiliser.

6. Vérifier que les informations des inventaires, des bases de données, des sites Web et des archives sont à jour et exactes pour aider les fonctionnaires de rang supérieur à gérer ces systèmes.

7. Sous la direction de collègues de rang supérieur, rassembler les données à inclure dans des documents standard comme des supports de formation et des pages Web pour contribuer à la mise à disposition des informations sur les services et les produits.

8. Le cas échéant, appliquer les processus et les procédures d'intervention d'urgence définis pour aider à répondre aux besoins d'assistance alimentaire d'urgence.

EXPÉRIENCE SOUHAITÉE

• Avoir au minimum 4 années d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la technologie de l'information

• Expérience universitaire ou professionnelle en informatique.

• Expérience de la résolution de problèmes informatiques de niveau 1.

NIVEAU D’ÉTUDES MINIMAL REQUIS

Formation: Avoir achevé les études secondaires. Un diplôme post secondaire dans le domaine de l'informatique serait un plus.

Langue: Avoir un bon niveau en français
