The Information Technology Department (ITD) is hiring a (Senior) Digital Program Specialist – AI Product Manager to lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of artificial intelligence (AI) powered business applications built on AIIB’s enterprise AI and data-technology platforms. The role will be responsible for turning real business needs into scalable, secure, and user‑centric AI products that improve productivity, enhance decision‑making, and unlock new organizational capabilities.

This position will play a critical role in shaping AIIB’s AI application landscape by identifying high‑value use cases, designing user experiences, driving product iterations, coordinating fusion teams (IT Subject Matter Experts SMEs, business SMEs, UX, engineering), and ensuring successful adoption. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands‑on program leadership, defining product roadmaps, managing product backlogs, validating features with users, and delivering AI solutions through rapid, collaborative experimentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for AI applications supporting multiple business units, in alignment with business priorities, user needs, and enterprise AI capabilities.
  • Develop and refine user personas, user journeys, value propositions, and end‑to‑end product experiences.
  • Conduct UAT planning, scenario design, and acceptance validation with end users.
  • Prioritize features based on value, feasibility, risks, and validation feedback.
  • Lead fusion teams including IT SMEs, business SMEs, UX designers, data/AI engineers, and project managers to deliver AI solutions.
  • Translate business needs into actionable user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate product discovery, ideation workshops, prototyping sessions, and sprint planning, and build onboarding guides, training materials, demos, and communication content to support adoption.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders, and manage expectations on scope, timelines, and product outcomes.
  • Work with engineering teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI capabilities through iterative, rapid development cycles.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure intuitive, accessible, and high‑quality AI product experiences.
  • Run user studies, usability tests, and feedback sessions to identify usability improvements, driving continuous improvements across releases based on user and performance insights.
  • Partner with business units to ensure effective rollout, change management, and user satisfaction.
  • Define and track product success metrics and KPIs, analyzing usage patterns, adoption data, user feedback, and business impact to inform backlog prioritization.
  • Investigate performance issues, identify improvement opportunities, and drive optimization.
  • Conduct market and technology research to benchmark product competitiveness and user expectations.
  • Identify and assess new opportunities for applying emerging AI technologies. Evaluate vendor solutions, proofs‑of‑concept, and innovative AI patterns relevant to business needs.
  • Advise on potential use cases and feasibility for business teams exploring AI adoption. 
  • Develop product messaging, demos, and promotional materials that clearly communicate value.
  • Support internal communications, awareness campaigns, and onboarding events.
  • Ensure that product outcomes are measured, documented, and continuously communicated to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that AI applications adhere to AIIB standards for security, data privacy, responsible AI, and operational risk.
  • Maintain documentation for product operations, change logs, compliance reviews, and lifecycle management.
  • Work with IT risk and security teams to manage risks and ensure audit readiness.

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in product management, digital solution delivery, AI projects, or similar roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields.
  • Product management or AI‑related certifications preferred.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML applications, enterprise AI services, LLM‑based copilots, agent workflows, and data‑driven product design.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering digital applications or AI‑enhanced solutions in cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience in financial institutions, technology organizations, or multinational contexts is preferred.
  • Experience in product management, agile delivery, and user‑centric design. Prior experience in rapid prototyping and iterative product development is highly desirable.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into user stories, UX flows, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with AI product evaluation, model behavior, responsible AI, and basic data analytics.
  • Strong product sense, analytical reasoning, and user‑centric mindset. 
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in prioritization, problem‑solving, and decision‑making.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Continuous learning mindset, with active interest in AI and emerging technologies.
