The LGBTQI+ Inclusion TIC Project acknowledges the unique challenges faced by LGBTQI+ individuals in accessing healthcare. This internal MSF project promotes inclusive care within our activities and advises our medical operations globally.
Main responsibilities
As part of the LGBTQI+ inclusion for MSF Health Project, a project team of 5, you are responsible for supporting and direct engagement with the implementation phase of the developed LGBTQI+ inclusion framework across multiple project locations, to be finalized by the end of 2026. During the implementation phase, working in close collaboration with other team members, including on the training material for inclusion as well as working in close collaboration with MSF country project teams. You understand the (medical) sensitivity and the different characteristics of team dynamics, enabling translations of advice into practical and hands-on implementation into project countries.
This role is pivotal to the successful implementation of the project, demanding robust project management skills combined with a solid medical background and understanding. Ensuring a seamless implementation process also requires effective networking and active engagement with stakeholders across multiple MSF entities and locations, alongside fostering strong community involvement.
Responsibilities and activities
Mentoring, coaching and training of project teams on LGBTQIA+ inclusionframework
Development of training material in collaborationwith L&D manager
In-person support and guiding project teams on (medical) implementation of LGBTQIA+ inclusion framework in different locations of LGBTQIA+ inclusion framework
Document lessons learned to apply to future implementations and develop case studies for future projects to understand challenges and possible solutions for inclusion of LGBTQIA+
Participate in internal dissemination of lessons learned and change management efforts

Required:
Medical degree – nursing/doctor/midwife degree or paramedical degree in field of expertise or public health background
Valid registration/license in your expert field (e.g. nurse, doctor, midwife)
MSF experience on project level is required (e.g. MedCo, PMR)
Fluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are an asset (French, Spanish, Arabic)
Experience in projectmanagement, ability to guide people through change
Flexibility to travel to country programs across all countries MSF has projects, 3 to 4 times a year

If residing in The Netherlands:
A Dutch employment contract is offered, based on 40 hours per week, with an end date of 31 December 2026. With renewal option, subject to budget and good performance.
A gross monthly salary range between 4,875 and 6,711 euro (function grid level 17) depending on relevant work experience, based on a fulltime appointment.
