The purpose of the Face to Face (F2F) Frontliner role is to engage with the public in approved locations to raise funds in support of our clients humanitarian activities, in line with their policies & guidelines.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Sign ups:
To meet the individual daily sign up targets prescribed by our client.
To work at a location at the time, hours & place advised by the roster & / or the F2F Campaign Manager.
Advocacy:
To represent our client on the street, in shopping centres & events in a professional manner, including appearance & communications with the public.
To be familiar with & abide by the Code of Conduct set out in our clients Frontliner Employee Handbook.
Training:
To participate in training & coaching sessions as required by our client.
To attend F2F team meetings.
Maintain an interest in & awareness of our clients role in the international aid sector.
Administration:
To collect information from new supporters ensuring that:Pledge forms are filled out accurately, legibly and
Making sure all UNHCR IPads, Virtual reality sets and information is secure
To maintain adequate supplies etc.
This role reports to the Face to Face Officer.
Key competenciesCompetencies::
High school diploma.
Knowledge of & experience in sales techniques.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English or Arabic or Hindi (a diverse pool).
Resilience & results driven.
Ability to work in a team.
