About this position

You will work in the Partnerships Group within the Technology and Transformation Department (TTD). This team is responsible for leading strategic partnerships and developing the tech Partnership ecosystem for TTD.

We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and highly organized consultant to coordinate the IFI Network, support the AI Working Group, and foster collaboration among IFIs in areas such as AI, Green IT, and Technology for Operations. The role also includes coordinating the execution of two technological initiatives.

The IFI Network is a collaborative platform that unites international financial institutions to drive digital transformation and innovation in the development sector. Its structure strengthens partnerships and accelerates the adoption of best practices across Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Network includes major institutions such as the World Bank, IMF, ADB, AfDB, EIB, and the IDB, among others, which work together to advance digital initiatives globally.

Within this framework, the IFI Network facilitates experience exchange, best‑practice sharing, and joint projects through several Working Groups, including AI, Cybersecurity, Sustainable IT, and Data. The IDB, through the Partnerships Group in TTD, leads the AI Working Group.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the daily operation of the AI Working Group and ensure alignment with other Working Groups.
  • Manage the IFI Portal and IFI AI Assistants projects, overseeing planning, stakeholders, deliverables, and progress.

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and progress reports for IFI Network activities and related projects.
  • Track commitments, milestones, and outcomes in coordination with the Partnerships Group in TTD.
  • Support the Partnerships Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic initiatives and ongoing priorities.
