ANTECEDENTES:
El Programa Mundial de Alimentos (WFP, por sus siglas en inglés) es una organización humanitaria líder a nivel mundial, que brinda asistencia alimentaria y trabaja para mejorar la nutrición y crear resiliencia, asistiendo cada año a más de 100 millones de personas en 88 países.
El WFP en Venezuela se centra en apoyar la seguridad alimentaria de las personas que viven en condiciones vulnerables en el país, según lo establecido en el Plan Estratégico Interino para el País (iCSP) 2023-2026, en línea con el Marco de Cooperación para el Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas en Venezuela (2023-2026), el HRP y la Agenda 2030 para el Desarrollo Sostenible.
PROPOSITO DEL CARGO:
Realizar una serie de tareas de recursos humanos para apoyar la aplicación precisa de las políticas y procedimientos del PMA y facilitar el funcionamiento eficaz de unos servicios de recursos humanos estratégicos y centrados en el cliente.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Proporcionar asistencia en las tareas operativas y administrativas relacionadas al ciclo completo de los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de staff local.
- Brindar apoyo operativo y administrativo en los procesos de gestión de contratos locales (extensión, renovación, separación) y asegurar el efectivo cumplimiento de estos procesos en los sistemas correspondientes (SAP, Workday), cumpliendo los tiempos establecidos para ello.
- Apoyar la actualización y organización de bases de datos, estadísticas, expedientes de personal y archivos digitales (confidenciales) de la unidad de Recursos Humanos de conformidad con las normas establecidas.
- Realizar seguimiento a las diversas solicitudes recibidas a través del buzón de correo corporativo y el “Help Case Workspace” en Workday y, redireccionar los casos para su debida atención al resto del equipo de Recursos Humanos.
- Tramitar la emisión de cartas de trabajo de conformidad con los lineamientos y procedimientos vigentes.
- Apoyar operativa y administrativamente otras tareas inherentes a la función de Recursos Humanos si fuese necesario.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
- Educación: Finalización del ciclo de educación secundaria. TSU o Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Industriales, Psicología, Educación (RRHH), o áreas afines.
- Experiencia: Al menos 3 años de experiencia laboral en Recursos Humanos y sus distintos subsistemas. Deseable experiencia en actividades u organizaciones humanitarias y/o de desarrollo, e instituciones internacionales. Experiencia específica en procesos de reclutamiento y selección, organización y manejo de bases de datos y expedientes digitales, gestión de contratos.
- Competencias y Habilidades Técnicas: Dominio intermedio de las herramientas y aplicativos de Microsoft Office (indispensable). Experiencia en el manejo de SAP, CANVA, Workday u otros portales corporativos de reclutamiento y gestión de personal (deseable) Orientación al servicio y al cliente (indispensable) Habilidades de comunicación asertiva (indispensable) Capacidad de adaptación al cambio (indispensable) Proactivo/a, con alta atención al detalle (indispensable) Alta capacidad de planificación y organización (indispensable)
- Idiomas: Dominio, hablado y escrito, de español.
